Kepler University, Linz in SW diagnostics • to become a recognized working place in the field of System and SW diagnostics in Europe • to create an internationally recognized training site in the field • to actively participate in international activities aimed at deeper involvement into the European R&D structures in the subject field (active role in preparation of new project proposals)   Expected results: D2.1. Submission of a new EC-funded project proposal in this research field D2.2. International workshop “Software Diagnostics” in 2002 – including two preparatory meetings in Prague D2.3. Support to preparing a Ph.D. textbook on Knowledge Acquisition – two visits to partnering Centres D2.4. Creation and maintenance of new Ph.D. position(s) for EU -country student D2.5.
