Tiago Nascimento, Pereira do, presents Perception Driven Multi-Robot Motion Control

On 2019-03-13 13:30 at E112, Karlovo náměstí 13, Praha 2
This work presents results of research aiming the nonlinear motion control of
multiple heterogeneous robots based on perception to perform several tasks. All
robots exchange information about their position (localization) in the world
frame, the target position and velocity, behaviors or any necessary information
forming a distributed system. Perception is then used to allow each robot to
choose its best action coupling with its mission in the group. This seminar will
present the results from the research performed in the past five years on
multi-robot systems control, communication, mapping and learning.

The purpose of this talk is to offer topics for possible cooperation with Tiago
during his 14 months post-doc stay at Multi-Robot Systems group, Department of
cybernetics, CTU.
