Description:Recently, a "dark-gray" genetic algorithm was introduced that learns variable interaction graph (VIG) during its run and then uses them to perform partition crossover. The goal of this project is to get acquainted with this algorithm and operators able to use the VIG. (The topic will be extended in the future thesis with the goal to compare the interaction detection methods and evolutionary models inside dgGA.)
