Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with a portion of a MOSFET parameter extraction algorithm that is responsible for solution of a set of linear equations in the multiple-modulus arithmetic of the residual number system. The arithmetic is especially appropriate for parallel computing hence it transforms solution of a set of linear equations onto solutions of multiple independent sets of linear congruencies. The algorithm of the solver is optimized for multiple processor cores at a thread level. The run and scalability of the algorithm is tested in Cesnet z. s. p. o's MetaCentrum NGI environment.
