| Abstract: |  The goal of this project is to show and compare various methods of creating and animating a 3D model of a figure in applications working with 3D graphics, describe conversion of the 3D figure model animation into a video file and furthermore name, analyze and compare different methods for presenting these videos on internet. This project describes theoretical basics of animation and computer 3D graphics, including the Motion Capture system, mentions and explains commonly used techniques of creating a 3D model, rigging, texturing, rendering and creating of a video file. Furthermore compares commonly used programs for creating and working with 3D graphics and analyze the possibilities of presenting the videos on the internet. Subsequently, as an example, practical processes for creating 3D character, its animation and coding of a video file are mentioned. Finally some projects, including those led by PaedDr. Vladana Botlíková CSc. are mentioned, in which some of the methods and processes described in this project are demonstrated in practice.
