Magnetoencephalography (MEG) and electroencephalography (EEG) measure small magnetic and electric fields on the scalp caused by neuronal activity. We address the computational issues of reconstructing the spatio-temporal neuronal activity from these measurements.
Boundary element method (BEM) is numerical technique for solving the forward problem based on integral equations. This work concerns parallelization of the BEM for faster calculation.
