| Popis: | The task is to automatically process images from gel electrophoresis data - suppress noise, detect and localize individual markers, compensate electric current inhomogeneity. Several alternative methods should be tested and results compared. The result should be a standalone program or a web-based application. The method should be applicable to different kind of gels and staining. |
