| Popis: | The input data are digitized microscopy histology slices of colorectal tissue, with manual or automatic segmentation of the cancerous tissue. The task is to develop a deep learning (convolutional neural network) method to distinguish different tumor types. Several network architectures should be tried and the performance compared with a classical solution. |
