Description:Magnetic particle imaging is a recent imaging techniques, which can visualized tiny magnetic particles with high spatial resolution. The bottleneck is the calibration, which is currently performed by moving a point target around the acquisition region. The calibration can be speeded up by using several targets, with known spatial structure. We shall attempt to develop an algorithm which could at the same time identify the spatial structure of the calibration target and the motion of the pattern, simplifying the procedure considerably.
