Description:Differential Evolution (DE) is a successfull black-box optimization algorithm for real-valued problems. Its weakness is a class of problems with dependent solution components; the exponential or binomial crossover operators conventionally used in DE are not suitable for them. The goal of this project is to design a new crossover operator based on the linkage tree known from the genetic algorithms with binary representation. The application of this operator is not straightforward and will require a skillful modification.
