On Tuesday, February 6, the director Jaroslava Chaloupková from the center ACORUS, z.ú. collected a donation of 6,000 CZK from the staff of the Department of Cybernetics. Money raised during the social event at restaurant Zvonařka, will help victims of domestic violence, clients of the ACORUS center. This non-profit organization provides comprehensive professional assistance to persons at risk of domestic violence, including accommodation in an asylum house and crisis assistance on a non-stop line, social and legal advice, and also organizes educational programs and courses.
